How much does the delivery cost?

The cost of delivery for cakes is a flat rate of $20, it will come with an ice pack also. Please choose the delivery for cakes option at checkout. The cake is delivered to you within the hour of pick up to ensure that it arrives to you in a great condition.

The cost of delivery for bakesale items are $13.

Can I choose when to have the cake delivered?

Yes of course, have 2 time slots avaliable daily from Tuesday to Friday.

The delivery windows are:

1pm - 3pm

4pm to 6pm.

For Saturdays, we have one time slot which is 11 am to 6pm

We cannot however guarantee a specific time or that delivery will fall exactly within the delivery window. The timing could change depending on the weather and road conditions etc. Thank you for your understanding.

If you wish to have it delivered at a specific time, there will be an additional charge of $10.

Please drop us an email to confirm which time slot you wish to have it delivered after purchasing the cake online or leave us a note with the purchase.

What if I or the recipient are not home during the delivery time slot that I picked?

Redelivery can be arranged however the full cost of the delivery has to be paid again.

Are there additional charges for CBD areas or Sentosa?

Yes, there is an additional $5 for CBD areas and $10 for Sentosa.

We will contact you directly after you have placed the order to confirm the additional charges if the delivery location is within the CBD area or Sentosa.

How long can I keep the cake for?

The shelf lives of our cakes are 3 - 5 days from the time of delivery.

Do you have any serving instructions?

Yes, we recommend that you serve the cake straight from the fridge.

How should I store the cake?

Please store the cake in the refridgerator at all times as our cakes contain diary products.

What are the different sizes and how many pax do they cater to?

14cm -> 4-6 pax

16cm -> 6-8 pax

18cm -> 8-10 pax

20cm -> 10-12 pax

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

3 days in advance

I have certain dietary requirements, can you cater to them?

We will do the best we can to cater to your dietary requirments.

Some of our cakes can be customised to make them gluten free, vegan and lactose free.

We can even create something for anyone in your family who is diabetic so please drop us an email to see if it is possible for us to cater to them

How do I place an order as a gift for someone?

Please key in your name, address, number in the billing info, then key in the recipient's name, address and number in the shipping info.

This is to ensure we contact the right individual and not ruin the surprise when organising the delivery.
